KWANLIN DÜN STEWARDSHIP CENTRE FEASIBILITY
In partnership with KZA Architects, 3Pikas prepared some high level concept options for a Salmon Stewardship Centre which could serve as gathering and teaching space, restoration and research hub, and a Stewardship Hatchery.
The Kwanlin Dün Salmon Stewardship Centre feasibility study has three phases. Phase 1 includes conceptual rendering and public engagement, while phase 2 encompasses environmental, municipal, and technical feasibility. Finally phase 3 involves the approvals which determined the scope of the final developmental proposal.
This project necessitates thorough and integrated technical investigations across multiple disciplines. These technical studies encompass a range of areas, including geotechnical evaluation, environmental site assessments, heritage impact assessments, traffic impact assessments, and infrastructure capacity evaluation.
