In 2012, Simon founded 3Pikas – a boutique planning and design consultancy based in Whitehorse, Yukon. Simon has worked as a planner, designer, and project manager on land development projects, land use plans, growth development plans, detailed site plans, and comprehensive community plans.

Matthias Purdon, B.A., M.A.

PROJECT planner

Matthias is a community-focused planner and sustainability expert. His work includes public engagement and environmental assessment for a variety of land development planning and municipal infrastructure projects. Matthias is an avid all-season bike commuter. In his spare time, Matthias can be found running, biking, cross-country skiing all over Yukon’s amazing trail network.
